Report a photo

If you appear in a Sukimiya FrameFlow gallery and want your photograph removed, you can ask us directly. You do not need an account, and you do not need to contact the photographer.

The fastest way

Open the photograph in the gallery and use Report. It is taken out of the gallery straight away, before anyone reviews it, so nobody can see it while the photographer decides. You do not have to explain yourself and we do not ask who you are.

Cached copies at our edge can take a few minutes longer to stop serving. If a photograph needs to be gone faster than that, email us and mark it URGENT.

If you cannot find the photograph, cannot reach the gallery, or would rather a person handled it, email privacy@sukimiya.com with:

• the gallery link (it looks like frameflow.sukimiya.com/g/…)
• enough detail to identify the photograph, for example roughly where it sits in the gallery or what it shows
• a way to reply to you

Please do not send us identity documents. We do not need them and we do not want to hold them.

What we do

• We acknowledge within 2 working days.
• If the photograph shows you and the request is genuine, we remove it. We do not require the photographer's permission to remove a photograph of you, though we will tell them a photo was removed.
• We aim to remove within 5 working days, and faster where the content is sensitive or distressing.
• Removal deletes the image files. Cached copies at our edge stop being served within about five minutes; a copy already saved in your own browser is yours to clear.

Illegal or abusive content

Guests can add photographs to a gallery by scanning a QR code, without an account. If you find content in a gallery that is illegal, sexual, or abusive, report it to the address above and mark it URGENT. We remove that content on sight, and we will suspend guest uploads for the gallery while we look into it.
